Im not the type to complain but I order the same exact coffee every single time. Mind you I go to 2 other dunkins often. Every time I've ordered from this location the coffee has been missing something and it would have a different taste. Also want to add that the options for the Original Blend Iced Coffee keep changing on here. There hasnt been an option for carmel so I decided to give the mocha a try. BIG mistake! It was so rich I couldn't drink it. Tried pouring a little out and added more almond milk and was still super rich. Please fix the options!!

I typically dont post negative reviews however this is becoming a chronic problem. I ordered a coffee roll and got this hard - terrible rock of what Issume should be a muffin so not only did inot get what o ordered the "replacement" is terrible. Super disapponted .i order coffee and donuts stleast2-3 times weekly but will not again for some time. I am tired of wasting my money and not getting what ipaid for. Yes iwill get a refund but what good does that do when i wanted the item now not later. Some people need to take more pride in their jobs and make sure they prepare, package and deliver the correct and acceptable items to people . a

The toast on both orders was burned on the edges but barely toasted in the center. The eggs,bacon and cheese were good.
