Dunkin gets my order right every time! The food is always nice and fresh and my iced coffee is always fresh and done right

I love the Dunkin' on Kelly! They always package my order great, food is always fresh, coffee is always perfect. I haven't ever had a problem with delivery orders from them! :)

If I could give zero stars I would- Order if you like your food with a layer of char on it, BOTH Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches (sub everything bagels) were burned and taste like burnt charred ash. EW! I cant believe they were wrapped and given to customers! Look at those! Gross! And, the coffee was weak- all watered down.

It was good , they unfortunately had to substitute 3 items. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was not toasted so it didn't taste good. They also forgot the 2 Hash Browns in my order. The Half Dozen Donuts were ok but the strawberry sprinkles donut has not just sprinkles but also sugar sprinkles which made it overly sweet and even my 8 year old couldn't finish it. Iced coffee were good no complaints there.
