so, it's not about an item, it's about n employee. they were so kind. I turns out, I share a name with one of the staff there and they gave me an extra glaze donut! I've never had such a kind experience before when ordering. As far as the items, the coffee is always amazing and the food is always so fresh. my bagels are almost always hot when I get them and he portions are amazing as well. I'll definitely be ordering again.

Original Blend spilled all over the bag and made a huge mess, not the fault of the dasher but dunks should invest in stickers to keep the hot drinks sealed
