I love this place. Great service and food. But when it comes to pick up, expect to wait in the same line as if you were there ordering to begin with. There is no designated pick up area. I order ahead becase I have a tight time line. The point of a pickup is to not have to wait. I expect it to be in a designed spot ready for pick up. I understand that I take the risk that my food may be warm and not hot if it's placed in a pick up area. I would not recommend pick up or delivery from the location. This is not the first time for a wait.
