Food was fresh, they followed extra requests and everything was tasty and cooked perfectly! They even gave a free cookie as a gift and this was such a nice gesture. This was the best order we've received from this location, we will order again, thank you!

Ive been Earls a hundred times in the past and 9x out of ten have a great Hunan Kung Pao with Chicken and been pleased with my order. This online order came with 5 pieces of chicken no bigger than 1/2 inch. The 10 peppers I had were good (not very hot)as well as the vegetables except that the chicken was few, only 5, small, hard & extremely over cooked.
Other than that it was great:-)

Lately, the food quality from earls has been awful. I ordered a large cesar salad, but it was super small and barely any parmesan cheese. was extremely disappointed. The time before that the portion was equally very small and barely had any spice when I requested the maximum amount of Chili's in the Hunan Kung Pao. Don't think I'll be ordering from Earls anymore. consistently disappointed.

Ordered a side of fries and was not very big for charging $10.75. Tofu for salad was also not very much. Fettuccine Alfredo sauce was pretty watery. Have ordered many times from here and usually get the same order so am pretty aware of what the portion sizes should be and this order was a big miss for what we were charged. Between what Earls charges and DoorDash for its services you would expect more. Simply not alright.

Tasty overall, but the portion control on the chicken was whack. Glad this was a BOGO deal - I would be livid if received 3.1oz of chicken for $21 for lunch
