Ordered specifically because I wanted the grilled chicken salad and couldn't hardly find chicken on it at all!! What was on it was cut small as the bacon and nearly non-existent! And the amount of onion on it literally was ridiculous!! All I could taste was lettuce and onion!! When I have ordered from a different location in the past, they have an entire cut up grilled chicken breast on top!! I was extremely disappointed in this!!

Cheese (Large) + pep and mush terrible. could hardly see toppings.too much sauce. price too high for a bad pizza. garlic bread Garlic Cheese Bread (Full) was good.

I just so happened to ooen my sandwich and instantly was wondering where the meat was. I removed all of the chicken and placed it in a pile. I called the store and asked how many ounces were supposed to be on it and the lady informed me 3 ounces on a 6 inch. I asked her how they determine the measurements and she said they weigh it. even to the naked eye you can see it is not 3 ozs. in fact, it's only 1.1 oz. All she could really say was it was company policy to use 3. Well, okay, 3 ounces isn't ideal in my opinion, but a smidge over 1 oz is rediculous! Won't happen again, that's for sure. Especially since they didn't even offer a solution.

it was the first time in years having East of Chicago, after this it will probably be years before i do again. the thin crust pizza was extremely greasy and the mozzarella sticks were bland. i remember EC pizza being better. VERY DISAPPOINTED
