Everything is great, tasty, good value.
I just wish their full menu was on DD and that it was organized.

The matcha they use isnt the best quality, or it was bad/oxidized. It was a very dark green and somewhat bitter. Rest was good!

Everything from here is delicious and fresh and they have choice for all preferences and needs. Really grateful for the quality and care they put into everything.

EVC has the best cafe menu in Long Beach. I highly recommend the California, Soyrizo, or Vegan breakfast burritos. They're all delicious & filling.
Also, all of their drinks are well crafted (the pink detox is amazing!) and their açaí bowl is tasty & refreshing. You can't go wrong!

The frape was very good but the sandwich was not. The sandwich was bland, the bacon was soggy and under cooked, the eggs didn't have any seasoning and the jalapeños that I paid for were not included.
