• DoorDash reviewOrders were missing. Restaurant instead of apologizing then blamed the driver instead. The driver actually just handed to us what was only given to him. Poor driver. Anyhow, the cooks were really great. Great food. Great Filipino authentic food. However, if those people at their front desk kept on having this attitude and not being efficient then it will really affect their rating.
Take note it wasn't only me who had this experience. I have read another one here who had the same issue. So it's them. Not those drivers.
If this keeps on happening then maybe they can just drop their Doordash contract and let people just go to the store physically so we can avoid these missing orders from happening again.
Restaurant was initially mad when I gave them 1 star so let's give them 4 instead for those cooks behind their doors.
