ordered the Greek Omelette for lunch, and let me tell you that it was AMAZING! The egg is cooked to perfection and so perfectly seasoned that every bite is an experience. plenty of filling but not overfull or overshadowing the eggs themselves - heavy enough to be filling but not so heavy that you'd want a nap after. 10 out of 10 probably one of the best omelets that I've had in years

$33 for small Fettuccine with shrimp. Shrimp came separately in a tiny box and fettuccini all stuck together with nothing but oil and pepper on it - no cheese or sauce (and "small" means a 3"x4" box by the way, for $33). $23 for a 5"x5" slice of Lasagna. $15+ for the Brie Monsire which is just one sad slice of brie and some almonds. NO bread, salad, or other sides came with these entrees at all. Do they serve it in the restaurant with no bread or salad? Thats $72 plus tax, fees and tip. Stay away! What a ripoff!

the potato asparagus soup was out of this world. I felt like the portion was small but maybe that is because I liked it so much and wanted more. I have ordered the fiery baba ganoush multiple times and this portion was about half as much as I normally receive. the meatballs were wonderful the portion was great on that as well as the beef sirloin.

The #10 Pizza is thin and crispy with a decent char. Crust was light, and fluffy. I was reserved about the hot honey, but I think it gave great balance considering the toppings. Overall if you're looking to try the best pizza in Des Moines I think Eatery A should be on your list.

Bought the #2 & #10 pizzas. Not very impressive. With wood fired pizza, I'm used to crust that's thin and airy, flaky but elastic. This was thick and diminished the flavor of the wood fire plus the middle wasn't cooked. The whole thing was undercooked on both. And at $30 a piece, that's just unacceptable. $30 for a twelve inch pizza - that pizza needs to be primo. I've had way better pizzas at half the price. I can't speak for the other items on the menu, so I'm giving two stars instead of one. But so far this place seems like it's one of those places that's supposed to be good because of the trendiness and the price, but in reality their food just doesn't back up the hype.
