The Curry Fish Ball was bland and watery as a home cook. I know they deep fried Dodo brand fish balls so the sauce needs to carry the dish and the fish ball once fried doesn't match anywhere close to the texture I've had in HK or Southeast Asia. The Malt Milk Tea didn't have any potency or taste of Ceylon tea which is commonly used for HK milk tea, the malt flavor comes from Horlick which is another common store bought item I grew up drinking.
