Absolutely love the home fries! Thick bacon slices always done perfectly. The waffles are awesome too. Great food, good portions, great prices and always super fast.

Only one piece of bacon and burned home fries. They tasted so dry.

For $19.23 ($32 after fees & tip) I definitely expected more of the ingredients in my omelet. Food quality was great, and at least they put a decent amount of steak, and got my order correct. But, I had maybe 3 spinach leafs, 3 mushrooms slices, and a few flakes of Turkey bacon, I could've easily eaten two of these. Do you have standardized measurements for what goes into omelets or is someone just throwing in however much they feel like?

Almost $10 for 2 drinks and they were baby cups. Especially the coffee... add in the ice and I bet I got 3oz of coffee at best.. the other one wasn't much better.. 4oz maybe... for a $5 watered down OJ. Get your act together and quit ripping people off.. I also ordered poached and they came basically boiled. They were cooked all the way through. If you're cooking eggs to go cook them less than you normally would bc eggs keep cooking even after off the burner... even more so if they're going in a plastic container that's going to create enclosed steam. Last time I'm ordering from here bc it was a crap experience... I'd forgave the eggs bc your cooks just cooking... but as a business... you know what you're doing with the drinks.. should be embarrassed.

We LOVE Eggs Up Grill! We order pretty often, and the food is usually delicious. My favorites are the Eggs Benedict, the Coastal Crab Cakes Benedict & the French Toast!
The only reason I'm giving them a 4-star review this time instead of my usual 5 stars is because for the last couple of months when I have ordered Eggs Benedict or the Coastal Crab Cakes Benedict, the hollandaise sauce and poached eggs are not in separate containers like they used to be. They are putting the eggs on the meat and then pouring the sauce on top, causing the bread to be a soggy mess by the time it arrives to me by delivery. The only way to heat it up is to microwave it, because toasting it or cooking it in the oven is no longer an option. The sauce isn't a sauce, because it's has "become one" with the bread. The poached eggs can't be warmed too much, because they get over cooked quickly & then they are more like a boiled egg...(YUCK...my least favorite)! Basically everything ends up being cold and soggy or overcooked & underwhelming. When I spend almost $17 for meal (before delivery & tips, etc), I really want it to be worth that money. It would be if it was separated, so that I could heat each item as needed.
I do realize that using separate containers can be environmentally "unfriendly" and costly, but maybe you could consider using the reusable kind, because it's worth it to me to have my food arrive just right, since I'm limited on options otherwise.
Thanks for reading this long review and (hopefully) taking my thoughts into consideration. We appreciate the restaurants who continue to serve us through DD!
