I'm a bit spoiled when it comes to bagels since I'm from New York, but this chain's bagels are pretty good. Not quite NY-style, but tastes closer than a lot of bagels I've tried.
The Twice-Baked Hashbrown is really good! Less greasy than you'd expect from a fast-casual bagel shop, but be aware that it contains cream cheese!
The main downside is that some menu items don't let you tweak them as much as others over DoorDash. You may have to call the restaurant to request certain modifications to your order.

the Turkey, Bacon & Avocado Sandwich and Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich were excellent! The only reason I have 4 stars is because the Farmhouse breakfast Sandwich only came with one egg, and we paid extra to have 2 eggs. otherwise it was great.

Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich was decent.the sausage could be bigger. Its more bagel than anything. I also wish I were able to add bacon or more meat

The Ham and Ham & Swiss Egg Sandwich with my large coffee was delicious even if my doordash person left my food and drink at a diffe hotel room.
