My bagels were burnt, almost no cream cheese on it, both hashbrowns were missing and none of the items I requested (napkins, utensils) were in the bag when they told my dasher they were in there and she specifically messaged me to tell me she was told they were in there. I've been to this location multiples times to eat in and never had a bad experience, this is my first time ordering here on Door Dash and it was extremely disappointing.
