Not only are their bagels and sandwiches delicious but the staff is awesome! They were out of the bagel I wanted and they called me to give me other options and gave me a free muffin for the inconvenience!

This is only my second time ordering from this chain and my first time at this location. This Farmhouse Egg Sandwich was so delicious and I really love the shmear. The Chocolate Chip Muffin has an amazing texture. I also ordered a hashbrown and I was pleasantly surprised with the softness. Definitely need to order more often!

So dissapointed as Einstein used to be one of my fave spots. Food wasnt heated up properly at all. Twice-Baked Hashbrown was still ice cold in the middle and my spinach florentine bagel seemed like it had just been taken out of the refrigerator - definitely not toasted as I requested .
