Impressed with this new store! I ordered from DD and my order was ready fast, it was accurate, and the cold brew was made perfectly. I love ordering from stores that know how to get orders right. Will definitely order from this location again.

The bacon is nothing like the picture. It's the thinnest, squishiest "bacon" ever. It barely looks cooked. Disgusting. The hashbrown was cold and so dry. Will not eat here again for anything other than just a bagel.

Second time they forgot shmear on my bagels! I was waiting for order and when app said it was ready I asked the staff--told it was not ready. Red-headed staff member walked over to grab my OJ and then placed it next to my order (bag w/ bagels was ready). Instead of letting me know that was my order she just walked away. I waited a couple minutes and checked that same order to find out it was mine. She could have said let me grab your drink and let me know it was the one she had in her hand. When I opened up my bag one of the three bagels was missing shmear. We had already left the store and it was the second time this had happened.
