Kinda disappointed that it's burnt but I'm not petty enough to ask for a refund for something that minor. I know food service. you guys are doing your best.

Pretty disappointed, I did a to go order and got nothing but plain bagels. You couldn’t have communicated you were out of everything? Doubt I’ll be coming here again.

Items do not match description. It states two of everything but you only get one of each.

They accept orders even when they are out of items, then if you ask for a refund they don't give you the doordash total, just the in store total. If they don't have an item they've accepted an order for they don't prepare any of the order until you get there to ask you about it.
