I was disappointed with my order for a couple of reasons. Although I ordered the NEW! Brunch Box for Two, I didnt receive the bagel or shmear that should have been included. Additionally, the all-nighter bagel sandwich was not fresh or warm, and the cheese was hardened on the edges as if it had been pre-made long before I ordered it. Since the delivery distance was only 2 miles and I received it quickly, I'm confident that this location may need some additional training on quality control. I won't be ordering from this location again.

I have been eating at Einstein Bros for years and unfortunately this morning I received the worst food ever. Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwich was runny and bagel stale.
Cinnamon role was as hard as a rock.

ordered the turkey sausage and cheese with an asiago bagel. This is the second and last time we will ever order from Einstein's. You open the bag and it's just this greasy gelatinous glob of what appears to faintly be a bagel breakfast sandwich. If RFK Jr saw this sandwich he would pass out. I'm pretty confident this current franchise owner will not survive long
