my sandwich was warm and fresh and the chocolate cold brew shake was delicious!

Terrible, I usually order from location on Harmony and the food still managed to get here still warm. Sandwhich and hash browns came in the bag smashed. The sandwich was very poorly assembled, burnt, and essentially not edible. Hash was so smashed it wouldn't come out of bag in one piece.
