Good bagels but the NEW! Maplehouse Egg Sandwich I ordered did not come made up as advertised but overall still a good sandwich.

Love Einsteins, but delivery is not always the most accurate. I have received the wrong drink on multiple occasions. The most recent incident I received a Low Fat White Milk, instead of the chocolate milk I ordered. I will continue to eat here, but will do pick up only to avoid this in the future.

They didn't slice the bagels as asked and sent two bagels that were so badly burned we don't know what kind they even are.

Whomever made this order need not be allowed to make anymore sandwiches, the sandwich was god awful. The eggs were not done properly, the brisket was soggy and the overall sandwich was one of the worst I have ever had. I literally threw it in the trash. The lemonade was flavored water.

Omg I've never had this restaurant before but wanted something different and it did not disappoint the cheese potato hash brown is to die for so so good and the hot chocolate was amazing
