ive been in the hospital and needed real food badly, but unfortunately the coffee was terrible and so was the Asiago bagel... won't order from them again. hospital food was better

I asked for a thin bagel, but got regular thick kind. This was my first time doing a pickup, normally Einstein follows through with directions on delivery or dine in orders. Other than that sandwich was aight, it just tastes 10 times better on a THIN bagel, the regular bagels are way too thick and it takes the taste out of everything else inside the sandwich🥯

Have not ordered from them in several months and now I remember why. THEY ALWAYS mess up the order. Ordered 3 everything bagels not toasted and sliced. Only received 2 neither of which was sliced. Received the bottom half of some type of bagel which was toasted.

Honestly it would've been great if they would just toast the bagel. The blueberry muffin was good but doesn't necessarily look like the picture or at least not the one I got but it was good. The "hash brown" thing was gross didn't eat it but I would order bacon egg n cheese bagel again if they would just toast it.
