Neither bagel was toasted. If anything, it might've been put into a microwave. But no toast marks or crispness at all. Also very little cream cheese. So different than big daddy bagels. Chai was good, but only 3/4 full.

Poor quality food. Bagel was almost impossible to chew. Avocado, tomatoes and spinach were not fresh. Not worth the $$$.

Bagels are very yummy. The only complaint I have it that the bagel needs more cream cheese.
