Horrible customer service! If this location cannot find people who can provide basic customer service skills, they should just close up. There is a reason this location has so many negative reviews. Ordered a sandwich, 6 bagels, and a tub of Schmear through DoorDash. DoorDash did their job and delivered a sealed bag...but Einstein's forgot the tub of Schmear. I was trying to reward our skeleton crew on a snow day recently, but no one wants dry bagels! So I tried to call, never answered...so I drove there, after paying DoorDash prices and a tip!!!!! Got there, wasn't acknowledged, not busy, someone finally asked what I wanted. I showed my DoorDash receipt and told him I didn't get a tub of Schmear. He asked if I ordered bagels with cream cheese (?) I showed him my receipt pointing out the TUB. He just grabbed one and handed it to me. No apology, nothing. This wasn't like a few packets of ketchup was missing! No one wants dry bagels. So not only was I out DoorDash prices, a tip, but I had to take time off work, drive in the snow, and DoorDash understandably, could only credit me for a tub of Schmear.

Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich was delicious as usual. a touch spicy and super filling. the Cold Brew Shake, Large is the best thing ever love it!!

the Iced Caramel Macchiato I ordered wasn't filled up all the way. there were like two and a half inches of room in it for no reason. it also tasted way too sweet.
