I order 2 single Bagel with Shmear. The Shmear has been less and less when I receive them. I've been commenting about this but nothing is improving.

this was the worst bagel sandwich I've ever had. cold. egg was discolored. no flavor. Coffee was disgusting. tasted like pure syrup... what a disappointing start to my day :) thank you.
