I have placed multiple orders at this location. I placed this order early in the morning. Arrived super fast but they substituted 25% of the bagels I ordered without contacting me. How can you be sold out so early? Wasn’t going to leave a review until it happened again- even worse the second time.

The store was clean and the employees were friendly. The sandwich bagel is messy, but totally worth it! The temperature and everything was perfect.

Way too many substitutions! 30% of the bagels I ordered were substituted without my permission and without contacting me. It happened a few weeks ago and I thought it was a one time thing- maybe they were running low- even though my order was pretty early in the morning. So I let it go at the time. But this is becoming commonplace for them. Just throwing whatever in the bag!
