We love your breakfast sandwiches. Today the bagels were burnt. They just weren't up to the usual standard. Sorry to complain, but we were a little disappointed.

The bagels were tough. My sandwich's bacon was outside of the wrapper. When cut into it doesn't get cut all the way through. I have ordered these many times and these were not up to the our usual order that we get.

There was not an option to add cream cheese smear on my bagel. Not when I ordered the bagel and no add-on option except to buy a tub. Also options to add half & half creamer or sugar packets for coffee are not available. Store is able to charge you over the phone, but takes away convenience.
