It was my first time ordering pickup; I walked inside because my order said ready. I stood there at the counter unawares of what to do, and no one approached me to assist. They even pretended I wasn't standing there. I had to ask the only two working people for assistance after I stood there for 10 minutes while they actively ignored me. It was the two working guys who I asked for assistance, and they pointed to the door dash basket. I stood there almost 10 minutes when I arrived on time, and my food was just sitting in the basket the entire time. I guess they showed me by how rudly I was ignored. "I know they were busy outside but it took less then 10 seconds for the guy to say is that your order right there?"
