The bagels are always great, but they never seem to get my order correct and once your order is delivered there is nothing that you can do about it. Get it together Einstein!

Our dasher had to call us due to someone who was working at Einsteins saying that they've already made our order twice. I heard the lady in the background pretty much yell at our dasher saying, "we'll make it a third time then!". Our dasher helped us get our food and when we finally got it, the avocado toast barely had any avocado, my turkey, bacon, avocado deli sandwich didn't have any sauce. This is terrible customer service.

No matter how many times I order the coffee shake , it is forgotten by Einsteins....
