In order from here quite often and the last 4 times the twice baked hashbrowns have been nothing but burnt and overcooked. Like they take old hashbrowns and just reheat them. I finally stopped ordering my fave bagel because it always came extremely hard and was hard to chew. Complained before and food was a tad better but I’m starting to lose hope in this company. Went from quality to pure laziness.

Ordered NEW! Country Bagels & Gravy Egg Sandwich with 2 eggs. Only 1 had gravy, all 3 were missing second egg. Paid over 40$ and it's ridiculous

The bagels are always great, but they never seem to get my order correct and once your order is delivered there is nothing that you can do about it. Get it together Einstein!
