El Bolillo Bakery began as a tiny Mexican bakery in Houston's Greater Heights neighborhood.
El Bolillo Bakery offers a variety of Bolillos, which are a popular bread among Hispanics.
The flour tortillas are the best tasting tortillas you can buy. Tastes homemade. I freeze a few packs and let them defrost on the refrigerator and they do not get mushy nor stick together. Tastes just as fresh and they cook great. I would definitely recommend.

Best bakery ANYWHERE. Especially in Houston. Everything is delicious, super fresh, and what I also appreciate is that El Bolillo, when compared to other bakeries, prices their wonderful offerings FAIRLY. Love this place, and the people who work here.

I tried to get a rosca at another place and it was a mistake, after we tried it we immediately went back to buying it from this bakery! Truly the best rosca in Houston.
