There was such a small amount of carne guisada in the tortilla and what WAS in there was fat and gristle. The side potatoes had several large pieces that weren't cooked completely so they were too hard. Very disappointing.

Waste of money for us. Very disappointed. Enchiladas verde had very little sauce and the chicken had a piece of skin in it. My husband had beef enchiladas and he didn't like his dish either. You need a new cook.
