Our sandwiches start with authentic Cuban bread from la segunda bakery in ybor city, Florida. La segunda is one of the few remaining bakeries that upholds the tradition of placing a freshly cut palmetto leaf across the dough to create the split down the middle which is removed when the bread is ready to eat.
We make all sauces in house from our original recipes.
