I absolutely have an addiction to El Jefe... and I'm not ashamed one bit! The Quesabirria and consommé NEVER misses. It literally sends your taste buds on a journey! Best in the NW by a landslide :)

First time trying el jefe, all my friends love the food however my food was a bit mid. Over salted and wished they added more wet sauce less red onions (trust me I love onions but damn) and also im miss the lettuce and tomato. Horchata is soooo good definitely get that.

Rice & beans get ****, but the consomme & the quesataco get *****. Will definitely be ordering again, and also definitely recommend. NOTE: This order was from the El Jefe food truck on 28th in Vancouver.

The Birria Ramen was super salty, and it wasnt even soup, it was more like a stew.
