Everything was so authentic and delicious :-) trust me I am Mexican lol but seriously amazing agua Fresca and sopita and don't get me started on the Flan ...it's a foodies dream:-)

The Chilaquiles style they have is some queso and 2 over easy eggs on top of the fried tortillas and your choice of salsa. Very basic and does not come with beans or rice. A good simple breakfast. Not my favorite but it was yummy!
