Unfortunately, it took a good bit longer to receive our order, but we understand. It's Friday night and they were busy. However, it was well worth the wait! the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The Texas Texas Fajitas (For 2) were grilled to perfection! The rice was fresh and fluffy, and the guac salad was incredible.

The chicken Burrito Grande was huge! Don't expect it to be filled with anything else but chicken, though. Just shredded chicken wrapped in a tortilla. My only gripe is that. It was still good!

El Maya is my absolute fave. The Texas Nachos are so flavorful! Be sure to add grilled onions, peppers, and tomatoes for the BEST taste.

The Grilled Chicken Nachos we LOADED with chicken, mushrooms (an add on), and queso! So GOOD! And the Birria Tacos were messy and delicious! Just how they should be.

We each got 3 tacos. Flour tortillas were hard. On mine, One taco had only beef. One taco had beef and lettuce. One taco had beef and cheese. They were all supposed to have beef, lettuce, and cheese. My wife got beef only and hers were supposed to be beef, cheese, and cilantro. They tasted like half a shaker of taco seasoning was on each. Done with El Maya.
