• DoorDash orderEl Pollo Loco has been my go to place for chicken,until today. The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo I received was burnt, very dry, and past the point of being edible. I couldnt even bite thru the skin. Also not a store related issue, but DoorDash refused to refund because apparently quality issues don't qualify for refunds. The chicken had to go in the trash. Very disappointing.
