The most disappointing meal I've ever had from Pollo Loco. The chicken was way over cooked. The pieces had shrunk under what seemed hours of reheating. It tasted like burnt, extra extra salted..thing. I would suggest not ordering delivery, but order and choose your pieces in store.

Price too high and overated for the qu and taste of the food. Chicken tasted old and not fresh.
