Double Chicken Bowl did not have double chicken, but was still good. Double Chicken Avocado Salad was good as well, but packed full of lettuce hearts. Macaroni & Cheese is not worth 8 dollars for a large. Flavor and size aren't worth it.

This particular restaurant always goes above and beyond accommodating their customers, they never skimp on portions or cut corners. All the sauces i requested came as ordered, 1000 Stars!!

The food was good and tasty. The length of time it took El Pollo Loco to accept the order and prepare was ridiculous. My order was 30 minutes late because of the store. Most of my lunch time was over.

The taste is the same as all stores, however the chicken were a lot smaller than the usual stores I order from. Also my salsa requests were not fulfilled which made my meal incomplete & did not satisfy my cravings for El Pollo Loco unfortunately. They also made my Dasher wait a long while.

They didn't put any dressing or salsa for both salads. When I drove to pick up the dressing, there was no apology or anything to accommodate. Actually they were annoyed and gave attitude lol, what a Poorly managed restaurant.
