I normally don't leave review and I havent ordered from el pollo loco because it was always somthing but surprisingly they didnt good job and didnt forrget the cilantro salsa oh and really organized and tasty they stepped their game up .

When I opened my food, I noticed that the broc were not cook at all. It was served raw broccoli alomgwith the chicken.
I had to cooked the broccoli.
Very disappointed! I will never order from Pollo Loco at all.

The chips were old and hard, I expect medium salsa Fresca but disappointed to see in a small container.

Super disappointed as the majority of this was all lettuce. It says double portion chicken when I ordered this and there was literally five pieces of chicken, hardly any beans or rice, 90% of it was lettuce... not worth the price.

I requested an extra dressing and fresh cilantro. Got cilantro but not extra dressing! There was more lettuce on the double chick tostada salad than anything else. I ordered unsweetened tea but they gave me raspberry sweet tea. Go elsewhere. The quality of the churros was old and greasy.
