My food from El Pollo Loco was amazing! I ordered the Queso Guacamole Chicken Burrito and Macaroni & Cheese. My burrito came with a large Strawberry Lemonade and it was delicious.

the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was not edible. the wing was cooked too long and hard that it was crunchy and couldn't eat it
The breast was over cooked and dry and couldn't eat it. I am very disappointed as I usually have a pretty good experience.

I purchased the 12pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal The chicken was fine along with the Mac n cheese, rice and mash was horrible tasted like wet rag and water no flavor rice did too it tasted old the mild salsa bland to the tea

I must admit there are several times we've been disappointed with a dinner order from Pollo Loco. This order of a leg/thigh 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo was simply great. Chicken was perfectly prepared, not dry, and just delicious! the sides were coleslaw, corn and Rice, also fresh and tasty! Next time we're in Benicia / Vallejo area, will definitely order from this Pollo Loco again! Great food at a fair price.
