The 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo looked small in the packaging, but soo filling and delicious. I almost couldn't finish the chicken and had a hard time finishing the sides. Portions were great and everything had good flavor. Only comment, is that the salsa for the chips is a bit small so I'd order extra

The chicken was soft and very tasty. The burrito exceeded my expectations. The mash potatoes great, the rice was good..The churros were awesome and the unsweetened tea tasted homemade. I would order from the El Pollo Loco again!

Again, the worse. I ordered a 3 piece and only had 2 pieces. Where are you getting your chicken from, Cornish hens???? Thighs were small, greasy, overcooked and very little meat.
I am finished ordering from this place. I complained to DD and received credits. I will never buy food from here again

Done with this store. Quality is horrible. Tons of water at the bottom of the Double Chicken Avocado Salad and they forgot half the order Chips & Guacamole Regular was brown already.

WORSE MEAL FROM THE PLACE EVER!
CHICKEN WAS SO DRY IT WAS ABOUT TO DISINTEGRATE AND BLOW AWAY.
THE SKIN WAS BURNT TO CHICKEN ON BACK OF THIGHS. DID I MENTION HOW D R Y THE CHICKEN IS???
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!
HOPE I NEVER EVER NEVER E V E R GET A MEAL AS BAD AS THIS WAS AGAIN.
