We love your food. It always tastes fresh and "just made"!! So many restaurants cook up food for the day, then let it sit in a warmer, drying out!! El Pollo Loco is always fresh and tasty!!

Ordered two 3 piece meals. The chicken was dry an flavorless. Tasted like old chicken and felt like we were eating beef jerky. The size of the leg was that of a Cornish hen. The corn was not fresh either. Quite disappointed with my choice of restaurant.

I love the fresh food from El Pollo Loco. Their chicken is cooked perfectly and is always tender. Their guacamole is excellent!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this place earned it. 1/2 mile from my house, finally decided to try it despite reviews. We ordered tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. only good thing we got was the guacamole. Pinto beans were edible just no
Taste. Worst thing was the CHICKEN! Wow, dryest chicken I've had in over a decade.
