Thought id give this place a try, sad it wasnt good. Chicken was dry and cold, salad came with no dressing, Mac and cheese overaly salted. Big disappointment.

I absolutely love their crispy chicken tacos but when I got my order today, they were cold. Not cooled off cold, but taken out of the fridge cold. I was able to heat them up and they were delicious but disappointing they would send product out like that. Do better! Be better!

I love the fresh food from El Pollo Loco. Their chicken is cooked perfectly and is always tender. Their guacamole is excellent!
