not bad. food was hot, and the bag it was delivered in was sealed up tight. I love the Avocado Salsa (Hot) .

• DoorDash reviewI'm giving up on this El Pollo Loco. The first time I ordered, the chicken was so good! Every time since (4 or 5 times) the chicken has been either old or overcooked, each piece is so hard I can't even bite thru the skin and the meat is so dry. I always hope it was just a bad day at the El Pollo Loco but it's been every time since the first order. The sides are always fine but that is small consolation.

• DoorDash orderbowl was ok Double Chicken Tostada Salad had dry burnt chicken pieces. Shredded Chicken Nachos were really good though!
