Worse Ever!
My order was wrong, items missing and no refund or phone call from store Manager.
Shift Manager was very helpful, advised that this is a constant issue with workers not checking the orders before they go out to customers.

Always satisfied with the crew and manager here in the Anaheim location, Ball & Anaheim Blvd. Never have we been disappointed. We do however have a problem ordering ten or more chicken wings. There must be way we can pre-order for the following day and schedule a time to pick them up as a customer service to the community? Someone at the Irvine office needs to address this. Black beans are the most tasty of all and BAM! pulled from off your menu, why?
