The Shredded Chicken Nachos were soggy and not enough chicken; the chicken Homemade Tortilla Soup (Large) just didn't taste as seasoned as it usually is.

80% of the time our orders from this store are incomplete or missing items. We are forced to drive to the store to complete the order. We give them feedback but things never seem to improve. Let me emphasize, the whole purpose of paying inflated prices, incurring fees, and tipping the driver, is to NOT have to drive to the store. The lack of attention to detail the employees at this establishment consistently demonstrate is disrespectful to their customers. For a family of 4, it's at least a $20 increase in cost versus ordering in store. These folks don't seem to recognize how that makes every single item on the order, no matter how small, of utmost importance. We haven't had this issue with ANY other stores in the area. What a shame. El Pollo Loco Menifee, you're fired.
