Food was delicious today. The chicken was moist and the salad was done perfectly.

The chicken salad was the worst. The lettuce was soggy, the so called chicken was burnt and hard and no taste at all, the red salsa was mushy, there was no sour cream or shredded cheese, and to top it off, the tortilla smelled like rancid out. Threw it out and will never eat at any pollo loco again.

Again, two days in a row, no chips included. I used to get a small brown bag of chips with the salad when my husband used to get it for me everyday. It's stated on the salad on the site. so it should be included.
