Food was great! We ordered the 16pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal and everything came as requested, including sides & salsas. Only thing we did not receive were utensils. We asked for 5. Maybe order was packed too fast & they forgot to add those in. Otherwise good order.

The Chicken Taco al Carbon Al carbon are disgusting! Thigh meat i supposed to be juicy as it is dark meat. Extremely dry but all of el pollo locos chicken usually is soinbit surprised. Decided to roll the dice knowing they were rated 78% definitely deserves that kind of rating. Sauce didnt even help revive this taco. Had to throw it out.

Order lacked mash potatoes which I ordered. I received a straw, but no drink. Why the straw? The chicken parts were on the small side, I would expect they would use larger chickens. I did receive an excessive amount of salsa, which I usually do not use.
