the food was not cooked all way, rice was hard and chicken was too chewy Original Pollo Bowl was too cold..Two Churros did not taste like a churros at all

both items had poor portions. no rice. very little lettuce. beans were 80% liquid. 1st time this has happened. i hope this was a one-time thing since i order these all the time.
