• DoorDash orderForgot the drink with the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo. And the Chicken Avocado Burrito was so small. It was the size of a cheesy bean and rice burrito from taco bell. Not worth the money . Won't be ordering from here again.

• DoorDash reviewi love this place however my burrito was nothing but rice.It had hardly any chicken and a few beans.I took a few bites of a rice burrito and threw the rest away.I was very disappointed.

• DoorDash review7-6-24: This is for the last two times I've placed an order with EL POLLO LOCO. I ordered the 3 Piece Fire Grilled Chicken Meal. It consisted of 3 Pieces of Fire grilled chicken, 2 small sides, choice of Flour or corn tortillas (I chose flour) , tortilla chips, and a fountain soda.
First time I chose steamed broccoli and macaroni & cheese for the 2 sides.. The Broccoli was DRY DRY DRY DRY! It was terrible over cooked! I wouldn't recommend ! The macaroni & cheese was so much liquid you could drink it! Terrible Mac & Cheese! You could have called it Mac & Agua it was so watery.The chicken was DELICIOUS! Fire grilled chicken with the skin having charred marks yet the meat was still moist . Tortilla were nice and soft just as if came off the stove. Chips were good and not stale. Enjoyed Salsa wasnt too hot request mild.
Second order same as first except I ordered corn for my 2 sides. The corn was DELICIOUS! Looks like red bell pepper is mixed in great flavor! Definitely choose this again. The chicken was DELICIOUS! Despite the terrible Broccoli and the watery mac & cheese Iwill give them 4 stars

• DoorDash orderI usually love their food but today they completely messed up my order. They gave me the wrong salad dressing and forgot to give me the salsa to go with my chips. Another complaint I have is they never put enough dressing on their small side loco salad.
