• DoorDash orderEverything was so fresh and my house is pretty far. Food temp was perfect. Taste perfect. Added everything I asked them to add. The sealing of the food bag is genius!

• DoorDash order4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo was luke cold and I had to remove the coleslaw that was warm since they put everything together which is not good!! I asked for seven Salsa Fresca (Medium) and got only two Salsa Fresca (Medium)!! What a disappointment!!

• DoorDash order4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo is always fresh, not salty, seasoning is perfect. I have always been ordering grilled chicken from El Pollo Loco because it's a delicious healthy meal.
The salsa Fresca is fresh not mushy. The mash potato with gravy is delicious. The Cole slaw is delicious not bland.
