Everything was so fresh and my house is pretty far. Food temp was perfect. Taste perfect. Added everything I asked them to add. The sealing of the food bag is genius!

The food arrived fresh and still warm for the 16pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal although one minor boo boo they made was there were no chips included in the family meal. The sides were all very good but I expected a bit more for the large sides to feed a family of 6. Hopefully the management of this restaurant will consider it for future delivery.

4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo is always fresh, not salty, seasoning is perfect. I have always been ordering grilled chicken from El Pollo Loco because it's a delicious healthy meal.
The salsa Fresca is fresh not mushy. The mash potato with gravy is delicious. The Cole slaw is delicious not bland.

Food came as ordered and also the extra sauces we requested were also in the order! Will be ordering from here again soon.the tostada Double Chicken Tostada Salad and Double Chicken Bowl were top notch!
