tase of the burrito was good but there were lots of cartilage pieces that I had to keep spitting out and it turned me off to finish it. the salsa fresca has no flavor and the chips were stale. they don't give napkins either even though I requested utensils

The chicken was cold, the side of beans was pure water the side order cup barely had 4 beans very dissatisfied with this pollo loco located on Washington and Maple it's not the 1st time there not accurate with the order.

The chicken was extremely dry and the lettuce had a bitter taste to it, almost like it hadn't been washed, and ruined the entire salad for me.
